Asia Pacific’s biggest adult event, Asia Adult Expo (AAE) was held on 27th to 29th of August in Hong Kong. It was the biggest international adult industry trading exhibition in the Asia Pacific region. This time it was the 12th year of this biggest event. AAE has managed to increase its outreach in several booth numbers with an increase of 15%. This year 30% of the exhibitors were new and they showcased their products brilliantly. Almost eight countries and regions took part in AAE and there were 100 exhibitors and brands present in the event. The exhibitors featured their adult products such as adult toys, lingerie, healthcare products and BDSM.

It was a great opportunity for adult product manufacturers to spread brand awareness and concept after introducing the latest innovative products. There was a large number of products showcased in the exhibition but Siren and Iris, the vibrators for women, were the most popular products. People were very impressed with their intense vibration. Siren is a very exciting and old toy. One can explore it in different ways through the mind.

An exhibitor said that though the current environment in Hong Kong is not suitable, but AAE 2019 has witnessed great support from 3,800 trade visitors from 52 countries and regions. It is excellent for the adult product market. Exhibitors from different states caught up with each other. Most of the retailers were from HK, South Korea, Australia and the USA. AAE is a good platform for reconnecting with all existing and new customers in the industry.
